Natural Acne And Scars Remedies
I have talked about baking soda before and now I am sort of questioning whether I fully recommend baking soda. The reason I say that is that I have done some more research and heard that some people say that it removes the natural oils from your skin. I do not know if that is true or not, it may or may not be true but baking soda is used on our foods and I wil still endorse it 90-95%. It works pretty well, and it is great for both acne and scars because it really cleanses and exfoliates your skin.
With that being said, I would probably recommend sea salt more than baking soda because it's mineral based and more of the same thing as baking soda and it will not mess up with your skin'snatural oils as what the other research is saying.
You can get sea salt in a container. It is grainy and what you can do with it is take a little bit of sea salt and rub it on the palm of your hands with water and use it to wash your face and exoliate.
What I do recommend is using bakng soda once a week instead of everyday because you do not want to rip off all your skin's natural oils.
A lot of people are curious about scars and some people have tried the sangre de drago and I highly recommend it as well. You can actually use two herbal extracts on your skin in order to get rid of acne scars - sangre de drago and graviola. Both of them only cost less than a hundred bucks, and that is the cheapest thing that you can get in terms of remving acne scars. If you are going to use laser treatments it would cost you a thousand dollars or more.
Here's what you need to do to get rid of acne scars. Before you hit for bed at night, use a natural soap to wash your face. After that, take the graviola and put it on your finger or palm and then just dab it on your acne scars. Make sure it covers your full scar and the skin around the scar. Let it sit and dry on your skin and then go to sleep. During your sleep, the graviola will soak deep into your skin and work its way to heal your acne scar. Graviola fizes the malfunctioning cells and evens out your skin tone.
Sangre de drago, on the other hand, is like a sappy liquid. It tightens you skin pores and it is really high on anti oxidant value. Use it the night after you have used graviola. Just keep alternating them every other night. You will notice you scars to heal and shrink and start to see a more even skin tone.
